Peanut sheller/peanut shelling machine/groundnut sheller/groundnut shelling machine

Introduction:

It mainly contains 3 parts, destroyer for peanut, conveyor and the peanut sheller.

One of the advantages of the machine is that the conveyor part is effective and economical.  The peanuts can be conveyed by the machine-made wind directly.

Request on how to shell peanut as follows:

1. If shelling in winter, watering 10kgs to the peanuts of 50kgs, and cover plastic file around 10hours, then could shell them after drying in the sun 1 hours. All is the same in other seasons expect covering the plastic film around 6 hours

2.Can be relatively dry peanuts (skin fruit) immersed in a large tank and with plastic film covering one day, then dry in the sun, at last start to shell when the peanut in sutiable humidity condition

3.For the voltage requirements and workplace options. Single-phase motor need to work properly and the voltage keep normally.
