LW Decanter Centrifuge 

Working Principle                                                                                                                                   

Huada 2-Phase Decanter Centrifuge: The separated liquid phase and sludge are discharged by gravity. The separated light phase will be discharged under pressure. The bowl is driven by an electric motor via drive belts. The bowl speed can be adjusted by a frequency inverter. The scroll is driven further by the secondary drive and the differential speed will be controlled via frequency inverter.

2.Main parts such as the bowl and conveyor are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or duplex steel, offering high maximum bowl speed and high centrifugal force.

3.Dual motor drive makes bowl speed and conveyor speed adjustable.

4.Screw conveyor flights tiled or lined with ceramic, tungsten carbide, or other hard alloys.

5.Optionla planetary gearbox and hydraulic gearbox, offering wide range of differential speed adjustment.

6.Multiple safety protection: bowl speed and differential speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque protection and gas-tight explosion-proof protection.
