Ingredients

Chilli, soybean (water, horsebean, wheat), vegetable oil, sweet sauce of fermented flour, salt, vinegar, ginger, garlic, Chinese prickly ash, spice. 

  

Cooking Directions

1, Cook meat up to 70% cooked and cut it into slice and for use.

2, Boil vegetable oil (50g),add the meat  and fry till the meat rolls and the oil comes out, add the sauce 1 bag,(100g)mix well and fry for about one minute,

3, Put the prepared garlic sprouts or green pepper and fry to serve.
