SAND MAKING PLANT

 

This configuration is designed for limestone aimed at the capacity of 150t/h to 200t/h.

 

The limestone was delivered to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for first degree crushing. After this process, the finished stone normally is at the size of 80mm to 160mm. The finished material is delivered by belt conveyer to impact crusher for second degree crusher. During this process, the stone which is bigger than 40mm will be screened by vibrating screen and be sent to impact crusher again. The smaller one will be send to sanding making machine. After the sand making process, we will screen them again, finished products will be send to pointed area by belt conveyor, unqualified products will be send to impact crusher or sand making machine for another processing.
