Description:

1.Try to avoid the polyurethane blade give more pressure on the screen printing plate, this will make the ink layer thicker,

   and difficult to control, also excessive wear screen, so the right way is to make the both end of blade and screen edge

   with proper distance, and then printing with appropriate pressure.

2.When put the blade into the handle grip,don't give too much pressure or choice too thick size, they should rest

    periodically rather than continuous use.

3.Cleaning: First,use cloth wipe away excess ink, then use a soft cloth dipped in appropriate solvent cleaning, do not use

   strong solvents, especially ink thinner to clean. After grinding or before using the bladel should be fully unused, make

   sure all the solvent above volatilize completely.

4.Grinding: common ways of grinding available: belt type, roller type, knife cutting type can only grinding dry polyurethane

   blade , do not use solvents to clean immediately after grinding.

5.Storage:Blade should be wrapped for long-term storage, flat on dry and cool indoor, avoid the light shine immediately,

    otherwise, the performance and hardness of blade will change.
