Dewatering Paper Couch Roll  In the cylinder paper-making machine, the dewatering couch roll operates relative to dewatering cylinder mould positioned behind the forming cylinder to form a low-pressure area, so the paper sheets are dewatered before being transferred to the suction cylinder or first pressing part.  The cladding materials are high-wearing resistance rubber or polyurethane materials with medium softness (90 to 150P&J), so that the dewatering couch roll is characterized by high toughness, high anti-chemical corrosion and relatively long use period.
