XQL-160 Rubber Cutter Device:
Main Applications:
This kind of machine (single blade hudraulic cutter/bale splitter/rubber cutting machine)is mainly used to cut the natural rubber,synthetic rubber and other plastic materials,especially it's suitable to be installed in the rubber mixer nearby to cut small pieces of rubber.
Primary structure:
Including rubber knife, rack,operating cylinder,foudation,auxiliary table,hydraulic system ,electrical system and etc.
Operation:
The foundation is equipped with Nylon pad (casting plumbic pad)to protect the blade.
when cutting the raw rubber,put the raw rubber under the knife ,then press the start button,the knife can cut the rubber.
Two limit swithes are installled on the frame to control reversal valve to change the direction of rubber knife,meanwhile,it protects the cylinder head.
