1.The TC process will require an initial fuel source of coal,natural gas or oil,the burners are capable to burn pyrolysis gas,natural gas and propane.

2.the typical batch cycle time for the thermal conversion reactor is 14 hours.

3.each reactor has an oil/gas cooling anf recovery system,reactor gas flows through three successive damping condensers where the gas is cooled oil is condensed.control of odor and flash point of the mid cut oil will bw through reactor time &temperauter control,or a secondary oil processing step.

4.the oil and gas steam is cooled with water that circulates through the condenser water jackets and the sube bank ,and returns to the cooling tower

5.three oil streams can be recovered during the thermal conversion process,light oil(light cut),diesel oil(middle cut)and heavy oil(heavey cut),one cut or two cuts of oil can be recovered as well based on customer requirements.

6.the pyrolysis gas is to be utilized as a fule source goe the burners with the remainder will be routed to the pro-gas storage tank .excwss gas from a reactor can be used to fuel the next reactor startup in multiple reactor plants.

7.emissiom controller tower description;the process will use an induced draft fan to draw combustion chamber gasses from the reactor and the unused gas combustion chambers.an alkali/water solution in sprayed into the emissions control vessel directly contacting the exhaust gases,harmaful particulate will be removed .
