The vulcanization tank is safe and reliable ,the interlock device is the first element to ensure the high quality food.The equipment can be heated by electricity ,steam and heat transfer oil.Before the equipment running ,you can adjust pressure , temperature and time on the control panel.

Operation :After manual closed the door,The vulcanization tank’s quick open door motor source is connected,press the door close button,then the vulcanization tank begin to enter the self-control state.
(1) micro-cooling motor starts
(2)circulation fan starts
(3) heater or steam heating begins
(4)vacuum pump starts
(5)0.75Mpa filtration and drying air ,valve opens(compressed air into the tank should be oil free and dry)until the pressure reach the set value. After that, the fan, heater, self-control, EPS value reach the set pressure that the envelope will bear.The hour meter will start after the vulcanization tank in meets the above conditions.The vulcanization time is about 2.6~3 hours. After time is reached ,the curing tank exhaust automatically ,until all the compressed air in the tank has been drained,after the pressure in the tank is equal to zero, the door motor will open the door automatically.At this point ,the whole system will be powered off. The vulcanization is finished. (the pressure in the tank is equal to zero, inner tube pressure is equal to zero, packet envelope pressure is zero, all controlled by the zero pressure on-off device).
