1.The equipment adopts stainless steel screw and tooth piecewise mixing head to mix the raw material more quickly and pour the raw material into the shoe mould more glidingly. The stirring speed is 8800rad/min ( the speed limits 8800 to12000 rad/min with inverter. ) and it mix the two groups of raw material evenly and fully. The products are dense and elastic.    The equipment can work longer and cleaned less for saving clean liquid (about 20-30g everytime) with the refrigerating device that make it get a an advantage of environmental protection, low cost and highcompetitiveness. 2. The pouring amount is controlled by microcomputer. It can switch different color and density polyurethane products at any time.    We have prolonged the service life of equipment, reduced the cleaning cycle of mix pour head, improved the quality of products and the production efficiency.    The frame type preheat oven to the polyurethane :Pour the: "A" and "B"  raw materials into the preheat oven to preheat at 60-70°C The preheating time should according to different materials of different suppliers' instructions.
