Raw material:

You can use waste tyres, waste plastics as raw material. From below pictures, you could find that, our machine have double feeding doors, bigger one can input tyres, smaller one can input plastics. But you can not mixed tyres and plastics, pyrolysis it at same time, just separately, one batch for tyres, one batch for plastics. 

Output:

Usually, it will be like this: 10ton tyres, could get around 45% oil, 30% carbon black, 15% steel wire, 10% moisture. 

Oil usage: you could sell it to oil refining factory directly, use it for heating. 

Carbon black usage: you can sell it directly, or make further process. There are two ways to process carbon black. 

First, could use a grind machine, grind the carbon black into 800-1200mesh or more, then sell it into plastics factory, tube factory, rubber factory... 

Second, could use carbon black briquet machine, make the powder carbon black into carbon black briquet, then could use it for heating. 

Steel wire usage: you can sell the steel wire directly. It can be valued about 2000RMB PER TON in China. 

Auto feeder

through this device, you can feeding whole tyres directly, no need shred tyres or cutting tyres. 

Also, when you finished one batch, could bagain another batch dirctly, no need waiting the temperature drop to 40C, in this way, time saving, make your work more efficieny. 

As we know, when one bacth finished, the residual heat will be around 200C, If we feeding raw material directly, then could use this advantage, it will be energy saving. 

No need feeding by manpower, in this way, will be more safety.

if clients come, we will make the machine working, at that time, you can not only see the Chimney, tail gas, oil output, feeding raw materail, noise, whether cause pollution, everyting will be very clear.

After sales service

1. Installation and Training : Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be 30-40 days. 

2. Warranty : The warranty period is 1 year. The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.

Safety:

1) Pressure gauge, alarming device, safe valve.

2) We have anticlogging device, in case of jam, there will be antomatic alaiming, automatic exhaust and automatic decompression.

3) Using 245R/345R boiler plate or 204/205 stainless. The thickness of part by fire is 14/16/18mm, other parts is 12mm.

4) Automatic welding, processing according to standard of head of pressure vessel.

5) With proprietary vacuum system, it is much safer on condition of negative pressure.

Energy saving:

1) Exhaust gas recycle to furnace.

2) Continuous feeding with automatic feeder, no gas leak.

Environmental protection

1) Built-in slagging, seal with water, no solid pollution.

2) With dust removal equipment there is no air pollution
