315/500/630/1000/2000 Tons Hydraulic Hot Press Machine for Floor Mat
The hot forming hydraulic press is used for press rubber floor mat ,insulating board , poly-metal panel , poly-wood board , etc . There are three heating mode to heat the material , steam heating , conducting oil heating and resistance heating .
According to the customers’ requirements , we could design and install automatic raw material charging platform and product discharging platform ,through this automatic conveying belt ,it could increase the productivity and save the labour cost. The following is main technical specification .

2. Hydraulic press body
The hydraulic press body is welded and fabricated by excellent carbon steel plate, the fabrications would be annealed and sandblasted before the machining . The 4 pieces stand columns choose C45 carbon steel material , the surface would be hardened and chromated . Usually hot forming hydraulic press has big work table size , therefore there are more hydraulic cylinders to install on the press . In order to increase its synchronization performance , the synchronization hydraulic valve system is designed and installed on the hydraulic power station ,.which could ensure the products quality .
3.Hydraulic system
3.1 Hydraulic power unit is installed on the top of press .it consists of pump, motor ,valve block, oil tank, oil filter, oil temperature display, oil level display. The main pump adopts axial plunger pump , the press working speed could be adjusted easily .
3.2 Oil tank is welded with excellent steel plate. The oil tank has the washing window on the side with oil level mark. The air filter and integrated valve block etc is installed at top of the oil tank. There are anti-shock pipe clamp laying on the hydraulic pipeline to prevent the leakage and shock of high pressure pipeline. All of the pipeline should be pickled and passivated before installation to ensure the oil's clearness.
3.3 Oil filtering and cooling device:
Adopting water cooling device for oil cooling and keep the oil temperature below 60°C,when oil temperature reach
45°C, it should manually connect the cooling device. When reaching 55°C, alarm and display on the touch-type screen. When reaching 60°C, the control system will cut off power and stop work by force. At this time, all pump will stop running except lubricant pump and low pressure pump. Users should ensure the cooling water temperature should below 25°C, water flow should be 10m3/h.
4.Electrical system
4.1 Operation cabinet and button centralized ,touch screen ,independent electric control cabinet .PLC has the shot counter function and memory function for various programme and production status.. The press could controlled by operation cabinet or touch screen separately
4.2 Adopting PLC control system,. Intermediate relay makes PLC output point and electromagnetic valve connected.
4.3 Power 380AV 50Hz; Control circuit and electromagnet DC24V. the temperature is controlled within 0-200°C,
5. Operating system
5.1 Adjusting, manual and semi-automatic, total three mode.
a.Adjusting: To finish the function through pressing the related button, which is mainly used to adjust the equipment and change the mould.
b. Manual: Pressing the operating button to finish the corresponding process action. The motion will stop when pressing the stop-button or reaching the stroke end.
c.Semi-automatic: Pressing hands operating button to complete one procedure. The action sequence as following: Fast closing Slow closing Presure holding Release air on top of mould during slow opening

A Pressure meter is installed beside the press , the pressure could be adjusted by remote governing valve ..
B The position switch is installed on the press , the press speed could be changed with the change of position . Within the position range , the press speed is slow , out of the position range , the press speed is fast .
C The slow approaching speed and slow return speed could be adjusted within 8-20mm/S .
5.3 Heating system
A. The upper heating board is installed below the sliding block
B. The lower heating board is installed on the work table
C. Between the heating board and sliding block or work table , the insulating board is installed to prevent the heat

5.4 Safety device:
A Safety light curtain is installed in front of the press .
B Immediate stop buttons in case of abnormal condition.

The seller would arrange 2 engineer to guide the installation in the buyer site . The buyer would afford the charge of food , lodging and local traffic , the time is within 7 days .
9. Guarantee time : one year from the date of erection in buyers’ site .
