Part1,Flow chart of tire recycling machine
1)Waste tyre production line machine consist of rubber crusher ,ring cutter,strip cutter,block cutter,press loop machine,rubber screen,magnetic plant and conveyer. Through ring cutter,strip cutter,block cutter ,processing tyre change into 3.5cm block.second,using XKP-400/450/560 rubber crusher ,it can be a colloidal.then using rubber screen ,magnetic plant and conveyer. Separate steel and powder .it can be made 10-30 mesh powder.
