multi-stations vacuum forming machine

This vacuum thermoforming line is special for refrigerator's inner liner production with ABS&HIPS sheet material, the machine consists of following stations: Material autoloading part; Preheating part; Heating position; Vacuuming forming machine;Hydraulic system; Pneumatic system and Electrical control system etc., totally four workstations in all(sometimes additional unloading, punching and cutting off units according to customer's requirements), the machine's advantages are high automation, being easy to operate, high stablity in running performance.
