The GGP/GZP series solid-state super-audio/M.F. induction heater is consisted of IGBT (insulation grid double thyristor) module as key parts of parallel inverter; its a super-audio/M.F. power supply by transforming 3-phase work frequency 50Hz to single phase AC.

Frequency range:1kHz~50kHz

2. GGP series Solid-state H.F. Induction Heater

The GGP series solid-state H.F. induction heater adopts MOSFET module as key parts of serial inverter, its a H.F. power supply to transform 3-phase work frequency 50Hz to single phase alternative current.

Power grade: 10 kW~400kW

Frequency range: 50 kHz~500kHz

Typical application example for induction heater:

1.      Heating and quenching for steel rod, steel bar, shaft or gear, etc.;

2.      Heating for steel pipe ends and followed with forging process;

3.      Heating for the integral steel pipe;

4.      Integral spraying and drying for steel pipe;
