Silicon nitride powder is featured by high purity, high nitrogen content, narrow granularity distribution and high sintering activity. We have developed a series of different silicon nitride products aiming at application in different fields, our products can be extensively applied in hi-tech structural ceramics, various high-abrasive materials, refractories and so on.
Applications:
The product is suitable for casting industry such as stainless steel smelting, special alloy steel smelting, oriented stainless steel smelting.
As a new refractory material, it is used in the metallurgy field, such as metallurgical furnace, furnace mouth sealing, iron-fining furnace outlet, iron hook and amorphous materials, and nitrogen additive in the steelmaking industry.
Silicon nitride can be used as a high-efficiency abrasive material in making of abrasive tools, as well as in the chemical industry of acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
