SILICON NITRIDE BRICKS USED IN COPPER SMELTING

1. Characteristic of silicon nitride bricks in copper smelting

High strength

Low thermal expansion coefficient

Good thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance

2. Applications of silicon nitride bricks

The silicon nitride bricks by nitriding has good resistance to copper liquid erosion, so the product has high strength, good corrosion resistance, good thermal shock and other properties, it is widely applicable to copper smelting furnace and other non-ferrous metal smelting.

4. Manufacture processing of nitride silicon bricks:

a.) Choose metal silicon as raw material, add additives, then mix.

b.) Put the mixture into the mold, then make embryoid by machine pressing.  

c.) Be reaction sintered by nitrogen protection in electric furnace. 

 5. Packing details of silicon refractory bricks

a.) The finished silicon refractory bricks are packed in wooden cases, and the wooden cases are tied up by 6 steel belts, then the wooden cases are put on fumigation wooden pallet.

b.) We also pack products as custom request.
