We use the third generation pusher kiln which can produce the brick with stabler color, better durability and higher strength.

 

Our brick is made by high temperature sintered clay. The strength of the brick is more than 45mPa. Our products are popularly used in Traffic Lanes, Garden, Square, Villa, Residential Area and Municipal Project and sell well both at home and abroad, especially the water permeable sintered bricks which are exported to Korea, Japan, USA, Germany and so on.

Strength & Longevity

 

The Chinese standard of minimum compressive strength for paving material is ≥23MPa. The compressive strength for concrete brick is about 30MPa, but our clay brick can be ≥50MPa. This is why the clay brick has longer life, which is 3-5 times as long as concrete brick.

The Clay Brick is made by high temperature firing, it is unfading, non-glazing, and without radiation. Meanwhile, the Clay Brick has fine water permeability and water retention, so it can well adjust the air humidity and then relieve urban heat island effect.
