Construction of referenceconditions:
Rust and oil contamination on the surface of the work piece must be removed before processing. Preheating (450 ± 50 ° c) for certain time, specific heating temperature depends on the heat capacity of work piece size. After testing, the work piece is immersed in fluid bed (3-8s), and (180-240° c) baked a few minutes to leveling out cooling to room temperature (water or air cooling, or natural cooling).
