ULTRA-LOW MAINTENANCE
CHANGHONG UPS battery adopts negative oxygen recombination technology and gas recombination vent plug technology, therefore, the water consumption is ultra-low and it is unnecessary to top up distilled water in 20-year operation life according to recommended method.
TECHNOLOGY OF GAS RECOMBINATION VENT PLUG
The gas recombination vent plug is installed on Changhong maintenance free Nickel cadmium battery, effective catalyst combined by hydrogen and oxygen is fixed inside the vent plug and its catalyzing efficiency can be more than 95%. When the hydrogen and the oxygen generated in battery charging are entering into the vent plug, it is catalyzed and combined into water, which reflux into the electrolyte to refill water consumption inside.
WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE AND LONG SERVICE LIFE
Changhong UPS batteries can be operated at wide temperature range of -40~60 centi degree. Its service life is more than 20 years according to the recommended operation methods. HIGH FLOAT-CHARGE EFFICIENCY After being float-charged for 16h by1.41V/cell±0.01V/cell, Changhong maintenance free Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries can discharged by 80% of the rated capacity.
