Pre-heating of some organic samples before microwave digestion would make the digestion process safer and more efficient. Meanwhile, acid-releasing after microwave would make the instrument like AAS, AFS and ICP last longer.  This heating instrument is programmable to control the heating temperature and time.  Maximum Temperature is up to 250 degree. 15 different samples can be heated simultaneously.
