U.S. American Safety Razor, Inc. (ASR) was established in 1875, and is now part of the Energizer Group, a U.S. Fortune 500 Company. ASR is the world's number 1 manufacturer for the manual razor, and once had 95% market share of this razor segment. Our company is ASR’s largest blade distributor in the Asia-Pacific; we are also their exclusive distributor in China. In 2009, our company and ASR signed an agreement to jointly build the market for wet shaving blades in China. The razor blades on our razors are wholly imported from ASR, at the same time we also manufacture the handle of the razors for ASR. It is a solid mutual trade relationship. In March 2011, our company was commissioned by ASR, to be fully responsible for the private label development and sales in China.
