The extrusion press is a four-column horizontal hydraulic machine. The main piston guide plate and ingot container are designed in four point positioning way to make identical position of main cylinder and ingot container in front and rear actions, so as to ensure central lines for die,ingot container and extrusion rod are within nomal range and to ensure the quality of profile product.In electric control aspect, it has used PLC and man-machine interface control form for convenient visual operation of operators.During the process of hydraulic design and making, it adopts advanced hydraulic circuit and hydraulic elements of reliable perfomance.
The extrusion press will take shorter time in fast advance and retreating,pressure rise and drop and is rapid and impact-free during action process. During mechanical design and making process,the mechanical structure has been constantly optimised and advanced processing process has been used to ensure the precision and quality of every work-piece. Through reasonable integration of three systems of the extrusion presses, the extrusion presses made by our company are characterized by fast idle action, stable extrusion press and convenient operation.
