Scope of application
Apply to transmit the fabricating oil and other liquids with the feathers like lubricating oil without the solid particles,fiber,corrosiveness and the temperature thereof should not be higher than 80.C and the viscosity is 5~1500cst,in addition,it can also apply to the hydraulic drive system.

Can be used as transmission and blower pump in the oil transportation system.
Can be used as the transmission,inflating and jet fuel pump in the fuel system.
Can be used as the hydraulic pump for providing hydraulic power in the hydraulic power system.

Structural features:
The gear adopts the international 1990s advanced level new technology,that is the double arc sine curve tooth type arc,Compared with the involute gear,its outstanding advantage is that the tooth face and outing did not slip relatively during the gear-messing process,As such,the tooth face as no damage,operates well,no trapped fluid phenomenon,low lose,long life span and high efficiency.This pump rid itself of the limitations of traditional design,which make the gear pump enter a new field in design,production and application.
The pump has the pressure-differential safety valve as the overload protection and the total return pressure is 1.5 times as large as the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted additionally through actual demand within the allowable head pressure range. However,the safety valve can not work long time as the pressure reducing valve and can be installed additionally in the pipeline at the time of requirements.
The shaft seal design of the pump has two forms, one is mechanical seal and the other is packing seal,which can be determined according to the specific usage information and the requirements of the users.
