The rod pump can be entirely put inot the oil pipe with the pumping rod.There is no need to lift the oil pipe for pump checking operation.It is simple to operate and has low cost and applicable for slope and low fluid level wells.The pump itself plays a role of gas anchor.It is also suitable for wells with sand and larger viscosity.

In accordance with the fixing type,it can be divided into three types including stationary barrel bottom fixing rod pump,stationary barrel top fixing rod pump and traveling barrel bottom fixing rod pump.
