Characteristic:

It increases a back horse head at the back of the beam and the curvature radius changes according to certain rules. The back horse head connects the beams with flexible joint and make the pumping unit as “four variable rod institutions”, change the rules of the polished rod load torque curve and congruent the balance torque curve, so as to reduce the deceleating box net torque peak, negative torque and motor power 3..Due to the transmission angle of the flexible rod deviates from 90°less than others, the pumping unit overcome the “dead angle restricted”problem of the conversional pumping unit and fixed four rods structure. The beam swing angle can increase 30—50% than the conversional pumping unit
4.Two types of working : when the crank rotates clockwise, the up stroke crank angle is more than under stroke crank angle,it is the “slow rise fast put” type; when the crank rotates anticlockwise, the under stroke crank angle is more than up stroke crank angle, it is the“fase rise slow put” type.
