ZRS slurry pump is mainly using for handing strong abrasive, high density slurries and low density, high head slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc. .
Innovative technology feature:
1. Special sealing device
This model slurry pump takes negative pressure technology and combined sealing device, deal components do not bear pressure with pressure increase while flow quantity reduce, especially in later Filtration period which the pump under strong pressure. It is innovative structure design ensure that there almost not any pressure at the sealing shaft.
2. Double impeller structure
This pump adopt double impeller design structure, it complete solve the problem of big shake and loudly noise at the beginning of enter material period from single impeller, and narrow Impeller port, poor through performance etc. now this new design, it cooperate with resistance changes from filter press to achieve big flow quantity with low pressure enter material and low flow quantity with high pressure filter purpose.
3. Double impeller has much better anti-wear resistance then single impeller
As double impeller pump use lower impeller export linear velocity to get higher pump outlet pressure, so it overcome singe impeller in order to increase pressure so increase impeller linear velocity, which lead to the impeller, pump case has the shortcoming worse wear. So this new design efficient improves the life of pump.
