The motor and pipelines may not be necessarily striped off for repair work as the inlet and outlet are all positioned below the pump axial. Screw holes are provided at the inlet and outlet flange to accommodate vacuum meter and pressure gange and at the lower end of the pump to vent water. Bearing parts are at the two sides of the pump body. Pump and motor are directly connected. The rotating direction of pump is clockwise from the motor side.

Materials: The casing, impeller, shaft sleeves are made of cast iron and shaft is made of fine carbon steel. The wetted parts or other parts can be other materials that is anticorrosive and antiwear.

Applications:

Type S pumps are used for pumping clear water or pure liquids physically and chemically similar to water. The temperature of liquid must be less than 80°C. It’s suitable for feeding and draining water in factory, mining, city generating plant as well as irrigation in countryside and all kinds of water conservancy works, the total heads of the pumps range from 9 to 140m and the capacities range from 30 to 12500m3/h.
