♦Reuseable Heat Pad
1.To warm up :
(1). Flex metal disc inside the heat pack for gel to heat up.
(2). As gel solidifies move it around within the pack to disperse it evenly.
2. To reuse:
(1). To re-use the pack, wrap in a towel or cotton fabric and place in boiling
water for 35 minutes (avoid surface of pack touching container directly).
(2). Wait until gel melts 100%.
(3). Remove and wait until cools.
(4). Please take caution as the heat pack is VERY HOT and avoid direct contact with skin.
