4.Finish:

4.1.Protect by chemical conversion coating(Alodine) Per MIL-C-5541-A Class 1A ,while finish all threads,all marked areas and precise holes toleranced by H7. protect while anodizng. 

4.2 Anodic coating per MIL-A-8625C;Type  II,Class 1.

4.3 After anodizing process handle part with clean and dry latex gloves.

4.4 Pack each part with clean and dry nylon bag,sealed with heat seal.

5.Other Notes:

5.1Machining:1.1 Chamfers:0.3x45 °;

                          1.2 Fillets:R0.2mm Max

                          1.3 Remove all burrs. 

5.2 Cleaning:

1.1 Ultra sonic bath 10-15 min in detergent(liquinox/Alconox/bruline 54 °c-65 °c.

1.2 Rinse cycle spraying and ultra sonic bathing in distilled water,filtered throught 0.5µ filter for 15 min at  38 °c-54 °c.

1.3Rinse cycle in isopropyl alcohol filtered through 0.5µ filter.

1.4Dry cycle in clean oven at 60 °c for 15min.

1.5Vacuum bake at 120°c for 24 hours at 10-5 torr.

5.3 Packing: 1.1 Insert each part sperately into a cleanroom metallized polyester bag.Heat seal the bag.

                        1.2 Stick the identification label on the cleanroom metallized polyester bag.

                         1.3 Insert each part into a regular nylon bag,heat seal the bag.
