1. Doctor blade is made of carbon steel with Ni coating, which protect the surface from corrosiveness & oxidation. It’s special suitable for causticity ink.  2. The coating of blade part extends its life. It effectively reduces printing problems to provide a clear doctoring effect. It can effectively reduce towing line to reduce waste. 3. During using course, the coating can also compensate for ink impurities slight damage on the blade, therefore reducing the tone changes and the appearance of stripes. 4. AARON doctor blade is very suitable for coated printing, also for UV ink.
