Product Description:

Glossy and excellent adhesion.Comply with SONY-GP and ROHS.

 

Applications:

Printing on surface of silicone rubber or the back of conductive adhesive.

 

Instructions:

Bicomponent, A part is primary agent, B part is catalyst.Dilution ratio: ink / thinner = 1 / (1.2 ~ 2).  Catalyst = weight of primary agent × 2%According to above ratio, add the solvent and catalyst, and mix it to dissolve the ink.After adding the catalyst, the ink should be kept in cold storage (below 8 °C). Bring it out from the refrigerator and do not use it until the temperature returns to room level.Curing conditions: 180°C × 20 minutes.

Remarks  

Durability in the conditions of temperature  (≤ 30 °C)  is 6 months before mixing, durability is 48 hours in the conditions of temperature  (≤ 30 °C) after mixing.
