Coverage: dependent on ink viscosity, mesh size and hole configuration, etc.
Usage Properties: excellent adhesion, excellent color migration resistance inoverprinting.
Thinner: ketone type organic solvent, adjusting to desired drying speed.
Printing Process: stir well before use, then screen print with PU squeegee blade inshore hardness of 65 to 85 through polyester screen mesh to the substrate (Formanual operation). Full air dry requires a minimum 24-hour cure time. This inksystem also works well with spray painting process.
Suitable Substrate: flexible PVC and rigid PVC, paper and wooden products, PVCtoys, PVC raincoat, luggage fabrics, etc.
Storage: for maximum shelf life, keep the packing containers closed and store in acool environment between 5°C and 25°C, out of direct sunlight and away from anyopen flame.
Attention: solvency of the thinner is required to be monitored for specific workingconditions. Modified PVC printing ink is available for ultrathin PVC film and highfrequency welding process.
