Coverage: dependent on ink viscosity, mesh size and hole configuration, etc.
Usage Properties: 300% or more elongation ,excellent elasticity,good hiding powder.Thinner: ketone type organic solvent, adjusting to desired dry ing speed.
Printing Process: stir well before use, then screen print with PU squeegee blade in shore hardness of 60 to 80through polyester screen mesh to the substrate (For manual operation). Full air dry requires a minimum 24-hour cure time. This ink system also works well with transfer printing and spray painting process.
Suitable Substrate: EVA material,TRP,rubber,etc.specific application products like slipper,balloon,PPnonwoven fabric,etc.
Packing: 1kgs/tin; 5kgs/tin, 20kgs/drum
Storage: for maximum shelf life, keep the packing containers closed and store in a cool environment between 5°C and 25°C, out of direct sunlight and away from any open flame.
Attention: solvency of the thinner is required to be monitored for specific working conditions. More tests arerequired to be made with vulcanized rubber and silicone rubber substrates. Special additiv es available from TRIOCHEM are recommended for adhesion enhancement.
