Base: The Steel Base Chassis Is made of 100 mm x 55 mm, one welded Longitude & two or three laterally, Flat Bar are also welded to The I-beam External Frame. Steel Works Then Wire Bushed and  Double Painted with one coat of Red oxide steel Primer and One Coat Of gloss Oil Paint,

 Flooring: Consist of steel I beams welded to each other constituting a structure base unit. This steel structural foundation is covered by plywood (18)mm, and (P.V.C) sheets,   furthermore such flooring is provided by water drains that are systematically graven inside the flooring so as to absorb water easily and get it out of the unit.

 Roof : Is composed of Canadian white wooden trusses, the outer skin is covered by corrugated sheets which has an insulating material that is heat and sound resistant, and the inner sides made of plywood  with (4) mm thickness, from inside painted by primer and a heavy tax.

Walls : externally are made of play Wood panel and internally  consists of a wooden frame with supporting wood rods equally spaced horizontally, and from inside is filled with wooden decorated sheets 50mm thick.  On the internal side of frame, decorative hard is gulled and pressed by hydraulic Machines. The External Walls are insulated with 42mm Thick. A 4mm Thick trip Are Glued & Nailed To Cover The external Joints Prior to Painting From inside ,the walls are composed of wood covering layers at 3.6 mm .This wooden decoration made in Indonesia which is resistant for all weather conditions.

Doors: made from high quality of wooden material. Single leaf hinged doors composed of an outer and inner skin , with lock along with 3 sets of keys, stainless steel hinges, rubber sealant, door stoppers and external door hood.

 Windows: Are of aluminum composing of two sides one is fixed and the other is moving each side is of brown glass, including an external fly screen.

Electrical works: includes best quality used material of (Ducab brand); electricity wires are executed through pipes (which are externally of rubber) that are heat resistant and not inflammable.
