 Electric substation structure description:

 

1. Our oversea project order executed use China standard Material Q235(mild steel), Q345(high tensile steel),Q360 to replace the equivalent material of ASTM A-36, ASTM A-572, S355,etc.

2. Our design, fabrication, galvanization and inspection test approval adopt equivalent china standard suitable for ISO,BS,JIS,ASTM standard.

3.Quality Control

We have a complete quality control and inspection process to make sure good quality of our steel towers. The inspection items include physical properties test and chemical analysis to raw materials, dimension check, wielding inspection, zinc coating inspection, prototype, etc.
