Model SGC-03T is one smart device specially designed for 3~35KV indoor switchgear status indication, alarm and temperature & humidity control.

Product Functions in Details:

-CB status indication

² CB Open or Close, Dry contact input

² CB Closing, CB normal open contact close, red simulate bar lighting

² CB Opening, CB normal close contact open, green simulate bar lighting

-CB Position Indication

² While CB Run contact is in close position, Prompt CB in running position

² While CB Test contact is in close position, Prompt CB in testing position

² While CB handcart is in position between run and test, Luminous tube is off

-Earthing Switch Position Indication

 Dry contact input close, prompt earthing switch close; Dry contact input open, prompt earthing switch open;

-CB Spring status indication

 While the spring of CB action device is stretched, prompt CB spring is in open status.

-HV Energized Indication

Indicating A,B,C which one or all energized.

Language alarming

² While CB is positioned between run and test position, CB is in close position also. The device will prompt operator to open CB by voice”Please open CB”

² While CB is positioned between run and test position or run position, if earthing switch is close. Then “please open earthing switch” will be warned

² Even two wrong situation happen, then operator will be reminded ,“Please open CB,Please open earthing switch”

-Temperature & humidity display and Control

² Model SGC-03T has two way T/H controller inside. Start up heater while RH≥90%, Stop heating while RH≤75%.

² Stop heating anyway if the temperature ≥40°C;

² While he temperature ≥50°C;Overheating light alarming or fan started for ventilation.

-Energized CB O/F times recorded
