Use Environment

Structural Features

GCK low voltage draw-out type switch cabinet is applicable to power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other users of AC 50Hz, the maximum working voltage to 660V, maximum current up to 3150A power distribution systems, power distribution, motor control, Power distribution unit of electrical energy distribution control purpose.

This series product has high breaking capacity. Good stability, advanced and reasonable structure, electrical plan is realistic, series, strong universality, various program unit in any combination, a cabinet body holds the circuit more, land saving, beautiful appearance, high protection level, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance and so on

This series product basic frame is the combination assembly type structure, the cabinet frame all structural parts via the fastening screws are connected with each other into a basic framework, and then need to add the door, partition board, baffle, drawer, the mounting bracket and the bus and electrical components such as spare parts, assembled into a complete switch cabinet. The cabinet has the following characteristics:

1, Frame with special-shaped steel, using 3D angle plate positioning, bolt connection without welding structure so as to avoid the welding deformation and stress, improve the precision of the installation

2, Frame and parts mounting hole changes according to the modulus E = 20mm

3,The internal structure of galvanized processing. External using electrostatic epoxy powder coating after pickling and phosphate treatment.

4, Power Center (PC) incoming cabinet, the top level is the bus area, the level of the lower part of the bus region for the circuit breaker room, circuit breakers can be configured according to customer requirements

In general, the PC unit with double rows of main circuit (including coupling), rated current in 630A -- 1600A, occupy a dimension of 800 x 1000 x 2200 (W x D x H) cabinet. No double row main circuit has a size of 800 x 800 x 2000 (W x D x H) cabinet; rated current in 1600A -- 3150A, occupy a dimension of 1000 x 1000 x 2200 (W x D x H) cabinet. No double row main circuit has a size of 1000 x 800 x 2200 (W x D x H) cabinet. Power center ( Pc ) feeding cabinet structure and inlet cabinet is similar, feed current in 630A -- 1600A, a 1000 x 1000 x 2200 (W x D x H) cabinet can be arranged in two loop, is divided into upper and lower installation.

5, Motor control center ( MCC ) switch cabinet have two kind: mounted against a wall and wall mounted. Its top for horizontal bus bar area, the level of bus area below for drawer function unit area, the region of the width of 600mm, mounting drawer function unit area high is 1 840mm when the cabinet is installed against the wall. Cabinet left as a functional unit area, the right part has a 200mm wide cable outlet area, the cabinet body size is 800 x 500 x 2200 (W x D x H), when the cabinet body is away from the wall when installed, cabinet width is 600mm, cable outlet zone in the cabinet rear body shape, size 600 x 800 ( 1000) x 2200 (W x D x h). Cabinet depth is 800 or 1000. We recommend that users choose 1000 deep in the cabinet body, which are same as PC cabinet depth, when the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet; the cabinet electrical parts are not exposed, safe and reliable

6, Drawers feature unit and door controlled by the main switch operation mechanism for mechanical interlock,

the door can’t be opened when main switch in the closed position, and the operating mechanism can be applied padlock locked in close or separate locations. functional units between compartments separated by a metal plate, the drawer has good interchangeability, and has a working position, test position and a seperated position. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer automatic positioned. At this point, pull the drawer on the left pull plate drawer can release location, then go into the next position! The drawer has anti-falling function when it draws out of the cabinet.

7, In the capacitance compensation, measurement and other fixed scheme cabinet and drawer type cabinet has the same appearance, the same level of bus position which ensured the drawer type and fixed type cabinet can be used side by side

8, Bus system: cabinet bus using three-phase five wire system, horizontal bus rated current in 1250A and below by a single bus, horizontal bus rated current in 1250A than when using double bus. Horizontal bus between cabinets is connected by block overlap; vertical bus with galvanized plate closed, internal diaphragm constraint arc diffusion; neutral bus bar is arranged on the front of the cabinet top, protecting the bus ( PE ) is arranged at the bottom part of the cabinet, and connected with cabinet baffle and door,, thus ensuring the grounding continuity.

9, In case of not reduce the protection class for cabinet enclosures, cabinet bottom and top are designed with natural ventilation window.

10, The shell of the cabinet protection grade: IP40
