CABLE REEL DRUM Function:
DJ1D type constant tension cable reel drum are mainly used on withdrawing and releasing cable automatically.Cable reel drum can keep the cable production safely and also can extending life of the cable.
DJ1D type cable reel drum is very simple,stable and reliable.cable reel drum are usually used on gantry crane,tower crane,and bridge type lifter and the other mobile devices.

Structure:
1, Tension is constant.The tension of cable can be adjusted on a large scale.User can adjust the tension according demand easily.
2, Synchronization performance is very good.The speed of cable reel drum and the mobile device will be the same, because Skid performance of cable reel drum is very good.
3, Lock performance.Our machine have worm gear with good lock performance,when the power is off suddenly,the worm gear can keep the cable on the cable drum do not slip down.
DJ1D has two kinds operation conditions:
1, Power supply is at the end of the mobile device,when the the drum roll the cable,the motor of the cable drum is charged with electricity,then the drive system will drive the cable drum to roll the cable. When release the cable,the mobile device will running,cable drive the cable drum turning reverse side, then the cable is released,at this time,the motor of cable drum stop working and skid institutions begin to slip.
2, Power supply is at the middle of mobile device,the motor of the cable drum can drive the the drive system to drive the cable drum to roll the cable.when the mobile device pass the location of power supply,cable will drive cable drum turning reverse side,then cable is released,at this time,the motor of cable drum go on working,skid institutions slip faster.
Installation:
1,Cable reel drum must be installed horizontally.First guarantee axial lead should be perpendicular to the moving way of the mobile device.Then fix it with screw or choose a suitable place to weld it .
2,Cable connection,please check the following drawings.Please connect the feed cable to cable drum wiring board through the drum's wiring inlet,and then connect the device's cable to slip ring's electrical brush.Our machine have four slip rings ,and one of them can be used to connect the earth or can be as standby.
3,The cable in the cable reel drum must be fixed on the wall of the drum with clip,and wind the cable on the cable drum orderly.
4,Power supply can be installed on one side of the device or on the middle of the device.This is decided by the winding length.
Maintaining:
1,The constant tension cable reel drive box use 22#hypoid gear lubricants,
After 3months from the first using, the waste oil must be all poured out
and using Kerosene or Diesel fuel to flush the drive box ,and then inject new oil.
2,If the slip ring was be electrical corroded ,burned ,it should be polished by thin emery cloth or machine polishing .otherwise ,you need change the collector ring .About the electrical brush replacement,It depend on the connection of the electrical brush and collector ring.
3,If using on outside , please must add the rain cover .
