Polyamide Resin

Called PA Resin. There is two type of Polyamide Resin.

Co-solvent Soluable(Benzene Soluable type) and Alcohol Soluable

1. Co-solvent Soluable(Benzene Soluable type)

1). Common co-soluble polyamide resin is a kind of economical and practical resin, which is developed accommodating to the market requirement. It has good stability, good solvent release, strong bending flexure, marvelous glossiness, strong adhesive power, fine gel resistance. In indoor temperature, it can turn-fost,widely be used to printing fields.

2). Specification:

Appearance: pale yellow, transparent solid

Softening point(°C): 110±5

Color (Fe-co) : 7 max

Acid value(mgKOH/g): 5 max

Amine value(mgKOH/g): 5 max

Freezing poing(°C): 7 max

Property: good stability.

3). Application:

Gravure printing ink.

Paper, thin film printing ink.

Over-printing varnish.

2. Alcohol Soluable type

1). the alcohol-soluble Polyamide resin, is easily dissoluted in alcohol. It can be dissoluted in 95% dehydrated alcohol, dissolves aids the release is extremely good .It widely used in the domain such as gravure printing ink of plastic film, the flexo  printing ink of plastic film domain.

2). Specification:

Appearance: pale yellow, transparent solid

Softening point(°C): 120±5

Color (Fe-co) : 7 max

Acid value(mgKOH/g): 5 max

Amine value(mgKOH/g): 5 max

Freezing poing(°C): 7 max

Viscosity(mpa.s/25): 90-150

Properties:Good solubility to alcohol.  Extremely good solvent release. Good adhesion.

3). Application:

Gravure printing ink.

Flexo printing ink.

Over-printing varnish
