Description:

Epoxy Pre-impregnated DMD class F is a kind of reliable Thermal bonding material, with the heat-resistanting class of F(155°C),Compounded with medial polyester film and Polyester fibre non-woven fabric on both sides. impregnation with class F heat-resistant Resin, baking into semi-solid layered material., solidification was made by customer when use it.

 

Product Feature:

a),High mechanical property, excellent electrical property.,suitable for high intensitive insulation system.

b),Good flexibility,strong bounding force between resin and DMD matrix,without powder dropping and decolorization.

c),Long storage duration,and handy forming technique.

d),High content of soluble resin,product and metal conductor are all in one after solidification, with very high peeling strength

e),Low content of volatile substance , insured low partial discharge of the product.

 

Application:

Suitable for interlayer and sealed end insulation in Dry-type transformer of class F, interturn insulation in Motor, laminated rolled tubes and so on.
