Our company has successfully developed the modified high-flow ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It maintains the excellent wear resistance on the basis of greatly improved the liquidity of UHMWPE, which resolved the ordinary UHMWPE processing problems properly:
1.It can be formed into sheets, pipes and profiles continuously by the ordinary extruder.
2.It can be injected by ordinary injection molding machine into self-lubricating wear-resistant sleeve, conveyor roller, slider, anti-corrosion pump, impeller, pump casing and etc.
3.It can be suppressed into anti-corrosion wear of the pump casing, impeller, lining etc with traditional repression, which improves the processing efficiency and yield.
The high mobility of UHMWPE modified series have excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and non-toxic properties. The UHMWPE product has great advantage in transport, installation, maintenance, and excellent shock resistance. With the good cost performance, the products are better than the iron pipe, ceramic pipe, aluminum pipe. So it is ideal for large, medium and small-caliber industrial liquid pipelines, river and lake dredging sludge pipe line, food, fly ash, mineral sands pipeline materials.
