These granules are produced base on polyolefin added with different halogen-free additive and special mix granulated process. The final jacking compound release less smoke, no halogen and low toxicity when burning also with good flame retardant properties and great processing ability. The cable extruded has smooth surface which properties can be compared with the similar products abroad.  

Processing   

These granules can be extruded by general single screw extrusion machine. The specific extrusion speed and temperature should be adjusted according to different equipments.
