This filler masterbatch for PP nonwoven fabric contains  Sewha CO.Ltd micro Calcium Carbonate,  produced by the way of Super Gravity Method. It uses special carrier and dispersant to make the micro calcium carbonate disperse in nonwoven product, has a nice interfacial compatibility with base resin. This masterbatch has lots of wonderful property such as good dispersion, poisonless and tasteless. Also the MIF of this masterbatch matches the nonwoven resin very well. It could disperse even in Nonwoven Product, improve nonwoven's breaking strength. There will never be some production flaw. It reduces product cost greatly to raise the economic benefit.

Usage:

According to the processing technology of nonwoven, gram weight and customers' requirement, to add 10%-50% directly to mix even with PP resin (granule or powder).

1. While storing, do not put the product under the strong sun shine and rain, do not packing the product with the toxic and tinder together, store the product in the dry and ventilation place.
