Its carrier resin is LLDPE,only contains new type multi-functional micro particle, don’t add other additive filler. We produce PE080 by special process technology. When we blow the film, PE080 has a good dispersion in the LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE.It also can improve the extrusion efficiency.

Applications:

 PE080 is used to make Heavy-duty PE packing bags, hygienic products and sanitation product package,PE garbage bags shopping bags, agricultural film and liner PE film.

Recommended addition rates:

The addition rate is 5%-25%,if the film is Multi-layer extrusion, the addition rate of core layer is 15%-20% and for surface layer is about 5%.Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by test.

Packing:

Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.

Storage:

Product is sensitive to moisture. It could be stored well within original package. It should be consumed after being opened. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90°C within 30 minutes.
