IB45 Injection Blow Hollow Molding Machine
IB45 Injection blow molding machine is one-step blow bottle equipment. The machine is used to make bottles for packing of medicine, food, cosmetics and chemical products. Offer 5-500 ml plastic bottles for customers. Suitable for greater part of thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS and so on.
1. Injection Blow Moulding Machine features:
1).The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, double pillars, which enlarges the space of setting mould, will be easier to install mould.
2).Adoption of tie-bar protection makes open / clamping mould work while transfer table rise / fall, so the production efficiency improve obviously.
3).Available variable pump get further power consumption saving in system.
4).Injection clamping adopts the structure of three oil vats and small supply-oil case, hence the speed of open / clamping will be quicker and the bearing pressure of mould will be more equally.
5).Adopt six-pole motor, lower noise, lower energy consumption
6).Special thickness of working platform is made of QT material, excellent mechanics function, difficult to transform.

How it worksThe heart of the injection Blow moulding process is a triangular rotary table, which indexes in 120° steps. Core rods mounted on the face of the table form the inside of the hot parison (or preform) that is later blown into the finished container.
