 1) This is Double Ranks Pelletizer, with two stages, it is mainly used to recycle and reprocess waste and new plastic PE, PP into valuable granules.

 

2) We use force feeding, as the screw can exclude gas and steam. After plasticization and extrusion, the particles can have high density, nice surface, high output, stable extrusion. Customers can certainly adopt which feeder they like.

 

3) This granulator is with Water-ring Cutting,we also have double ranks granulator with strand cutter. We can design machine according to customer recycled plastics's physical characteristics.

 

4) Production capacity: 100-500kg/h.
