Description  Overlay with a layer of thermal glue on the surface, thus PVC printing sheet can stick fast with the core sheet. Its essential function is to be covered on PVC cards from top to bottom. With the help of heating and pressure from laminator, overlay and core will strongly stick to each other, and form a very bright surface on the card.

Usually the lamination lasts 10-15 minutes. The pressure is 6-8Mpa.The temperature is 120-140°C.3.Cut the card.Note   Laminate temperature and pressure depends on actual lamination machine. With permit of equipment, the higher, the better.
