PET Film(insulation material)
Product Description
Composite mylar PET film for insulating tube is a soften composite material of multi-layer mylar PET film smeared with bond.
PET film has good printability, excellent dimensional stability, good surface and barrier properties. Widely use for packaging.
1.High transparency and heat resistance 2.Good tensile
Characteristics and Applications
The product has good electrical capability, low contractibility, low hygroscopic and high heat-resistance.
It is mainly used between high-low voltage coil of dry-type transformer. It is substitute of laminated glass fabric tube as soft insulating tube.
PET film is used successfully in a wide range of applications, due to its excellent combination of optical, physical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties, as well as its unique versatility.
Characteristics:1). Optically brilliant, clear appearance2). Unequaled mechanical strength and toughness3). Excellent dielectric properties 4). Good flatness and coefficient of friction (COF)5). Tear-resistant and puncture-resistant characteristics6). Wide range of thickness 7 micron up to 100 micron7). Excellent dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures 8). Very good resistance to most common solvents, moisture, oil, and grease 9). Excellent barrier against a wide range of gases.
10).Widely use for packaging, printing, laminating, metallizing, decroation, electrical insulation.
