II. Machine configuration

6. Charging barrel
1). Barrel length: L = 240mm/section, 11 sections barrels in all. The barrel body is made of #45 steel and the cooling way is watering cooling.
2). The first cylinder is used for feeding materials barrel, the 6th is for venting, the 10th cylinder for vacuum barrel, the 11th cylinder is for extrusion.
3). The other cylinders are of closed mouth type.
7. Change screen die system
Hydraulic plate-type screen changer. The heaters are cast copper heaters. The motor power of is 1.5 KW
8. One set of thermal cutting auxiliary machine
1) Water-ring hot-cutting die: cast copper heaters, hot-cutting board with 3 lines holes.
2) One set of stainless steel water-ring pelletizing cover. The quick-open fixtures is connected with the hot-cutting die.
3) The power of pelletizer motor: 1.5 KW. The AC two-grade motor is used. Japanese FUJI variable-frequency regulator.
4) The pelletizer device adopt four cutters.
5) One set of circulating water-tank which has quick-open conveying pipes.
